Today I’m showing you some quick pictures of Lupo, not the second, but the third Lalylala doll I made. Picture quality is not great, these were taken with my iPad since my camera appears to be broken 😦
The third, and so far, my favorite.
As I said in my post about Bina the Bear, Lalylala’s patterns are very clear and user-friendly. Also, they have a cute lay-out and are available in multiple languages!
One of the things that surprised me when I made Bina was the fact that even though it was the biggest doll I’d ever made, it didn’t take that much longer than a regular amigurumi. Maybe it’s just because I’m so excited about these dolls, but I felt like they were all done quite fast.
With Lupo it took a little longer, of course. Those bobble stitches are a lot of work!
If you want to make your own Lupo. Check out Lalylala’s website, there are so many dolls to choose from. The patterns are not free.
If you’d rather not spend money on a pattern, there is also a page on the website called ‘minis & mods‘ where you can find free patterns based of Lalylala patterns, but by other people!
(He’s so cute!)
